If you are dissatisfied with the products we send you for any reason, simply return it in its original
condition and box along with a copy of your receipt, and we will promptly refund the full purchase price
of the item you ordered.
If you find a product we sell is found to be defective, please email or call us at our toll free number and
relay the nature of the problem. At that time we will issue you a return authorization number and either
replace the item or issue you a credit in the amount of the purchase price.
Because The Tradewinds Shop.com uses some of the most sophisticated commercially available security
software, it is extremely unlikely that any personal information that you transmit to us will be misappropriated.
In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal
law, you are only liable for the first $50. In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need
to contact your credit card companies immediately. Because we are so confident in our security measures,
we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by your credit card company. That's our security guarantee. And

Once an order is received, we will normally process and send all in stock items within 72 hours.
We normally stock most items but if an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an
estimated date of delivery. Most addresses in the continental United States should receive
ordered merchandise within 7-10 days of the order. Overnight delivery is available at
an extra charge VIA Express Mail.
