In centuries gone by... The coral in our sculptures was originally deposited under the shallow seas of the tropics by thousands of minute polyps. Growing, one generation atop another, these colonies of tiny creatures, each making their own miniscule home, slowly create the great reefs which lie around our islands. Eventually, when these formations reach close under the surface of the water and the polyps can build no higher the ocean waves begin to play their part.

The years pass... As years go by great storms ravage these reefs, breaking off portions of the structures. The action of the sea then begins the process of grinding them back down again into the sand from whence they came.

The present... Occasionally, and luckily for us, passing hurricanes wash some of the pieces up onto the beach, where we can seek them out and now recycle them, through our special casting processes, not into sand, but into these beautiful miniature sculptures.
